A continuously updating blog of my favorite music and music related news. Stay tuned!
Dwayne Carter Jr. better known by his stage name Lil Wayne recently told XXL magazine that he plans on retiring soon, most likely after his new album or his “I Am Music II” tour. Wayne recently leaked songs called “Dear Anne” and “My Birthday” which are supposed to debut on his upcoming album. ” I’m bowing out on top” says Wayne ” I’ma make y’all want me when I retire. I’ma make y’all be like ‘nooo!’ I aint leaving out this bitch when y’all be like ‘Yeah, it’s about time dawg.’ Carter IV might be my last one. I’ma make y’all be like, ‘FUCK!’ Yeah, nigga, I’m gone.”
A music video for the song So Much More that was posted earlier today. It is like a timeline of Big Sean’s success. In the 2009 segment of the video if you look closely to the right of Big Sean, Kanye West is listening in on the freestyle that would later become the song Supa Dupa. He really is Finally Famous. Watch for his Finally Famous album dropping the 28th of this month! Personally I can’t wait.
A remix of California Dreaming by The Beach Boys. One of the better songs off of Kid Ink’s new album Daydreamer.

8. Whole Lifetime
9. We Are Young
10. Anthem

“A new unreleased track called “Angels & Demons” from Kid Cudi’s Man On The Moon: The End Of Day sessions has surfaced. The song was intended to feature a verse from the Clipse, but in the version leaked, the audio cuts before the duo even had a chance to spit a bar.” Courtesy of Pretty Much Amazing
As Kid Cudi has stated recently, he is really starting a new chapter of his life. His first mixtape was titled A Kid Named Cudi and his recently announced mixtape, that is supposed to be released later this summer, is going to be called A Man Named Scott. Kid Cudi said via Twitter that this mixtape was for his rap fans because his next album titled Wizard will be rock.
